Permanent Lots
2026 Lot Fee - $300 for both Permanent and Rental Lots. For Rustic Lots – Call the Camp Office. Payment due date is May 1st.
AFTER May 1st, permanent lots must include a $40 late fee. Rental lots unpaid after May 1st are not guaranteed - your reservation may be moved to the waiting list.
** All Golf Cart Tags must be picked up at the Camp Office. **
Rental Lot
Note!!! if you are making a 2026 Deposit on a Rental Lot,
you MUST have had that lot reserved and USE that lot for 2025.

Overnight/Propane
Off-camp overnight fee is $30 per night.
20lb propane is $18
30lb propane is $27
100lb propane is $80
